Conceptual Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents for a multi-phased, 4,300 SF Spray Ground, plazas, shade shelters and landscaping associated with the new Dr. Wesley Grant Sr. Southside Center.  SDS recently completed the Bid Package (Construction Drawings & Technical Specifications) and is currently coordinating with the City of Asheville Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Department to secure funding for construction.
