Site Design Studio (SDS) was engaged by a private resident in the Chunns Cove Valley of Asheville to design and construction manage a pool amenity and outdoor living program including the pool, hot tub, pool decking, outdoor dining patio and kitchen, trellis, sunken living room /  fireplace, storage / pool equipment area as well as fencing, wall locations and landscaping.
